EMMANUEL

In common with all Christian Churches, Prayer and Care is central to the life of Emmanuel.    

 

Emmanuel’s pastoral care is provided through a team of volunteers who, in conjunction with the Co-Coordinator and our Minister, seek to provide support, a listening ear and hospital or home visits within the wider church family.

In particular, pastoral support is given to the elderly or housebound, those who have been ill, or who have recently been bereaved. The team count it a privilege to come alongside others in this way, visiting in Jesus name, particularly during those difficult times which are part of our shared experience as fellow human beings.
